Whole Food based nutrition is the concept of nurturing our bodies with foods that are complete and nutrient dense. I emphasize avoiding nutrient-poor processed foods, and choosing to opt for plant-based foods such as vegetables, fruits and nuts, with a minimal amount of meat, dairy and eggs.
